The Best Way to Prepare Gari Soakings like a pro (Soaked Gari)

2 tbsp powdered milk

Garri is cassava flakes, the process for turning cassava into garri is a little bit cumbersome, but you can always purchase garri from most African shops.
it comes in two colors, white or yellow.
When you combine, garri, milk, sugar and groundnuts and water, it becomes a drink in West Africa.
When you pour hot water over garri, it becomes a swallow (eba), served with soup.
In this case, however, we are just making soaked garri.

Add milk, groundnuts (peanuts) and sugar to taste. Stir, add more peanuts and serve.
We serve soaked garri as appetizer, sometimes with pair with other foods like porridge beans or moi-moi and serve as dinner or breakfast.
