Gin-Based Cocktail: How To Make Aviation Cocktail

Ingredients

1½ oz. gin
¾ oz. Maraschino liqueur
¼ oz. Violet liqueur
½ oz. lemon juice
Ice
Lemon zest, for garnish

Gadgets

cocktail glass, mixing glass, squeezer, bar spoon, strainer, jigger

Preparation

Pour ½ oz. of lemon juice, ¾ oz. of Maraschino liqueur, ¼ oz. of violet liqueur and 1½ oz. of gin into a mixing glass
Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with lemon zest
